Our client is a leading firm in a beautiful location in the heart of the West End. They're now looking for an additional commercial property solicitor to join their thriving team..

The firm:

• Long established and highly regarded firm in the West End

The role:

• Handling a broad range of commercialproperty work on behalf of commercial and institutional clients
• Examples of work include, landlord and tenant, site assembly, real estate finance, sale and purchase of commercial properties
• Part of a small, very busy, commercialproperty team
• Involvement in marketing and business development

The candidate:

• Probably around 3-6yrs broad PQE in commercial property
• Experience ideally from acentral London practice noted for its commercialproperty work
• Genuine interest in marketing and an understanding of the importance of business development in this sector of the market i.e. small to mid-sized West End commercial firms involved in the commercial property market
