Job Description:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a reputable legal practice in Burgess Hill. They are a full-service law firm seeking a Solicitor with a good understanding of the market to join their expanding property team.

The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of Commercial Property matters, including:

• Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial properties
• Handling landlord and tenant issues
• Overseeing property acquisitions, sales for development, land promotion, options, and conditional contracts
• Representing lenders and pension schemes in various transactions

Duties will include:

• Managing a mixed caseload
• Attending to clients of the firm, including buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, and funders
• Dealing with complex property matters
• Active involvement in business development

The successful candidate will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years of PQE+
