Commercial Property Senior Associate (6+ PQE)

Salary: £75,000–£95,000 + bonus

Location: Harrow area | Autonomy + genuine progression

The Opportunity

You’ll manage a broad commercial property caseload and play a key part in the continued development of the team, with the space to bring ideas, improve systems, and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters including:
• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Lease extensions and renewals (acting for landlords and tenants)
• Development work, including site set-up and due diligence
• Financing and refinancing (acting for lenders and borrowers)
• Conduct due diligence, title investigations and property searches
• Advise landlords, tenants, developers and investors on rights, obligations and risk
• Ensure compliance with relevant commercial property law and regulatory requirements
• Build strong relationships with clients and referrers and support business development
• Contribute to team growth through input into systems, strategy and service delivery

About You (Requirements)

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• 6+ years’ PQE with strong, current UK commercial property experience
• Confident advising across a mix of landlord & tenant, development and finance work
• Strong technical skills in drafting, negotiation and client handling
• Commercially aware, proactive, dependable, and comfortable working with autonomy
• Motivated by building trusted client relationships and making a visible impact

Location & Working Arrangement

• Harrow area (North West London)
• Working arrangement to be confirmed, with flexibility available where appropriate.
