Job summary

A respected property consultancy in the United Kingdom is seeking a Commercial Property Management Surveyor to manage a diverse portfolio across the Bristol region. The Role

As a Commercial Property Management Surveyor, you'll take responsibility for a diverse portfolio and act as the primary point of contact for all property management matters. You'll enjoy regular site visits and the chance to build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients. Supported by an experienced team, you'll have the autonomy and trust to manage privately held commercial properties for long-standing clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management
  • Manage commercial investment properties across the wider Bristol region.
  • Conduct inspections and prepare service charge budgets.
  • Ensure landlord services and statutory compliance.
  • Liaise with tenants and oversee rent and charge collection.
  • Arrange maintenance and manage insurance cover.
  • Notify clients of rent reviews and lease renewals.
  • Support new business generation and cross‑selling.
Client Management
  • Deliver timely reporting and attend client meetings.
  • Maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify PR opportunities and contribute to service improvements.
About You
  • Ideally MRICS qualified (or working towards).
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and highly organised.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient under pressure with strong time management.
  • IT proficient (Microsoft Office and relevant packages).
  • Full UK driving licence.
