Commercial Property Legal Executive

South London, Surrey • £26,000 - £35,000

Overview

Commercial Property Legal Executive – We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Top 200 and Chambers ranked law firm who are looking to expand their property team. This long-established practice with multiple offices is now seeking a further Commercial Property Legal Executive or Paralegal with at least 2 years experience to join their South London/ Surrey offices.

Responsibilities

• You will be joining a dynamic team of commercial property professionals, providing essential support to lawyers across a broad range of legal and administrative duties and managing your own small caseload.
• Reviewing and drafting various commercial property documents, such as leases, licences, and sale and purchase agreements.
• Assist with title reviews, property searches, and due diligence processes.
• Preparing and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax returns, supporting Land Registry applications and preparing completion statements.

Candidate Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be organised, able to manage their workload, solve problems effectively, and make sound, informed decisions.
• At least one to two year’s recent pure commercial property experience is essential for this role.
