A leading insurance provider in Glasgow is seeking a Commercial Property Claims Handler to manage new commercial claims and ensure excellent customer experience while controlling costs. The role involves investigating claims, managing litigated cases, and working within regulatory frames. Applicants should have solid claims handling experience and an understanding of indemnity and liability principles. As a Commercial Property Claims Handler, you’ll be the first point of contact for new commercial claims – capturing key information, validating the claim and setting it up for the right next steps. You’ll make confident decisions early on, helping move claims in the right direction while balancing a great customer experience with smart cost control and revenue opportunities.
