You will support a busy and collaborative commercial property team, providing essential administrative and secretarial assistance to ensure the smooth progression of a diverse and high-quality caseload.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and formatting commercial property documentation and correspondence
  • Conducting title checks and basic property research as required
  • Managing diaries, organising meetings, and coordinating appointments
  • Liaising with clients, external stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems (electronic and paper)
  • Providing general administrative support to fee-earners
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in a legal support, property, or professional services role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with case or document management systems is desirable
  • Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English
