Qualifications

• Qualified Painter & Decorator or extensive experience in commercial painting.
• Ability to pass a DBS check.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

• Carry out internal and external painting and decorating works.
• Undertake basic fabric maintenance and minor repair tasks.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to company standards.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to maintain building presentation.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed.
