Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.

What You'll Bring
  • Extensive Experience: Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in a senior commercial role, such as Commercial Manager or Regional Commercial Manager, within the UK construction industry.
