A leading recruitment agency is seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to drive revenue growth and build strategic partnerships within the events sector. The role requires a minimum of three years in business development and sales, with a focus on generating new business across UK, EU, and US markets. The successful candidate will manage the sales cycle, maintain client relationships, and support onsite operations at events. Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of experience in business development and sales within the events sector.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week in the Wimbledon office.
  • Experience in communicating effectively with C-suite level executives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business prospects across UK, EU, and US markets.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Maintain relationships with existing exhibitors and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and content teams while managing CRM records.
