Commercial Manager

West London

£60,000 - £70,000 per annum

We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Manager to join our growing food retail brand based in Twickenham. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially-minded professional with a hospitality background to take ownership of customer relationships and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Management
  • Develop and manage pricing strategies for key customers
  • Create detailed commercial reports and analysis
  • Ensure all commercial agreements are accurate and properly implemented
  • Monitor and analyse customer KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
  • Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customers
Customer & Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders
  • Deliver compelling food presentations to customers and prospects
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Coordinate effectively across multiple departments and external partners
Operations & Project Management
  • Liaise directly with operational units to ensure seamless delivery
  • Manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously
  • Provide hands-on support where needed to drive results
  • Ensure operational processes align with commercial objectives
Essential Requirements
  • Experience: Account Management or Commercial Management background
  • Industry: Hospitality or Retail sector experience essential
  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities with experience in KPI analysis and reporting
  • Personality: Confident presenting to customers and stakeholders
  • Approach: Hands-on mentality with ability to get involved operationally
  • Planning: Excellent project management and planning capabilities
