Main duties of the job

Locala is a £90m turnover business delivering outsourced healthcare contracts in West Yorkshire and Greater Manchester.

We have recently established a commercial division, Locala Solutions, with holding companies focused on private healthcare, training and employability and social care. Within our holding companies are operational companies that we have acquired, organically developed or set up as Limited Liability Partnerships.

We have 2 excellent opportunities working to the Executive Director of Strategy & Growth and are looking for energetic, professional, commercial managers who are interested in applying their financial modelling and commercial skills to a wide range of opportunities in health and social care, training and employment.

We are looking for individuals with a professional accountancy qualification with some commercial experience in the private sector. who are looking to develop their experience in an exciting multi-faceted commercial role.

You will be required to:

• Develop and support the portfolio financial model for Locala Solutions including performance on reserve matters for shareholder
• Develop the standard outsourcing bid model and be responsible for its use as we look to accelerate our bidding activity
• Develop acquisition finance models for Locala Solutions including exit and hold options
• Collaborate across the business in development of these financial models and commercial strategy
