The Opportunity

As Commercial Manager, you will take overall responsibility for managing the commercial and financial performance of the project. Key Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial aspects of the project, including procurement, cost management, and contract administration.
• Prepare, review, and present detailed cost reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

• Monitor project budgets and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

About You

• Significant experience operating at Commercial Manager level within a main contractor environment.
• A thorough understanding of construction contracts (JCT or Design & Build) and commercial processes.

• Commercially astute with excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
