Commercial Litigation Solicitor | Swindon | 3+ PQE

A well-established firm is looking for a talented Solicitor or Associate to join its successful Commercial Dispute Resolution (CDR) team in Swindon. The position offers hybrid working and the chance to be part of a supportive team that works with a broad client base ranging from large corporates to SMEs and family-owned businesses. The ideal candidate will have experience in dispute resolution and litigation and will be comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Handling a varied caseload of commercial disputes, such as contract disagreements, professional negligence claims, and matters resolved through mediation or other forms of ADR.
  • Providing clear, high-quality advice to clients across different industries.
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities to strengthen client relationships and grow the team's profile.
  • Working closely with colleagues across offices to deliver seamless support, with your base in Swindon.
About You
  • A qualified Solicitor or Associate with proven experience in commercial dispute resolution, litigation, and ADR.
  • Capable of working with autonomy but equally confident collaborating with colleagues.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to develop long-term client relationships.
  • Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Commercially aware and keen to play a role in business development.
