The Role

• Manage a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including contractual, shareholder, partnership and professional negligence claims.
• Provide strategic and commercially minded advice to corporate clients, SMEs and entrepreneurs.
• Represent clients in High Court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution forums.
• Draft, negotiate and review pleadings, settlement agreements and key legal documentation.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, providing practical, business‑focused solutions.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, ensuring quality and consistency across the team.
• Collaborate with Partners on key cases and support ongoing business development initiatives.

About You

• ✅ Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5 -10+ years’ PQE in commercial litigation.
• ✅ Solid experience handling a varied caseload of complex commercial disputes.
• ✅ Excellent understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and litigation strategy.
• ✅ Exceptional drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• ✅ Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• ✅ Commercially astute with a client-first approach.
