As part of our strategic growth plans, we are seeking an experienced 4-7 PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our highly regarded Commercial Litigation Team, based in either our Southampton or Bournemouth office.

The Role

We are looking for a talented Associate or Senior Associate to join our growing Commercial Litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of contentious matters and to develop your career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising clients on a wide variety of commercial disputes, including contract claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence, and insolvency‑related matters.
  • Handling your own caseload and supporting partners on more complex or high‑value litigation.
  • Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and evidence for court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution.
  • Engaging in client relationship management and contributing to the development of new business opportunities.
  • Ment says and supporting junior colleagues as appropriate, particularly at the Senior Associate level.
