Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a QS or commercial role within scaffolding or construction.
• Strong command of NEC, ICT, and bespoke contract forms.
• Entrepreneurial and proactive with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly CVRslive and ensure accurate financial control.
• Mentor assistant and project surveyors in line with standards.
• Support the Commercial Director to meet departmental targets.
