The Role
  • Handle diverse commercial contracts across multiple industry sectors
  • Provide M&A transaction support to Corporate teams
  • Advise on IP protection, consumer law, and data protection matters
  • Work with clients ranging from fast-growing UK companies to multinationals
  • Collaborate with colleagues across UK offices and globally
What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • 6+ years PQE in commercial contracts
  • Extensive M&A corporate support experience
  • Strong data privacy knowledge in commercial contexts
  • Technical excellence with leadership capabilities

Desirable:

  • Consumer law advisory experience
  • Technology contracts expertise
The Team

Small but highly ranked Leeds team (Chambers-rated) led by an experienced Director. Work closely with mid-level associate and trainee, plus integrated teams across Manchester, Birmingham, and London offices.
