ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Commercial Growth Manager to join our fast‑paced team. This is a hands‑on role focused on identifying and unlocking new revenue streams and driving measurable commercial impact. You’ll work cross‑functionally to bring strategic ideas to life from concept to delivery, coordinating with product, tech and marketing, and ensuring seamless delivery of commercial projects.

This role will give you the opportunity to build relationships inside and outside of the business. You will bring on new partners and lead on relationship management. The wide nature of what we work on means there will be constant learning opportunities.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of growth projects, pilots and experiments aimed at unlocking new revenue streams.
  • Source, evaluate and negotiate new partner opportunities aligned with the growth strategy and manage the end‑to‑end contracting process.
  • Own partner relationships, including tracking performance against KPIs.
  • Lead market analysis to anticipate future trends, translate data into actionable strategy and spot new opportunities for innovation.
  • Act as a connector between teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of growth plans.
  • Monitor and report on the commercial impact of initiatives using KPIs and dashboards to inform decisions and iterate quickly.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements that accelerate commercial delivery and scale.

  • Comfortable working across ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Commercially astute with knowledge of trading levers and performance drivers.
