Invenire Group are excited to be partnering a high growth, PE-backed Real Estate business with their search for a Commercial Finance Manager.

In this newly created role, the Commercial Finance Manager will take ownership over key financial and commercial decision making for a number of exciting upcoming projects.

Reporting into the impressive Finance Director, you will play a key role in shaping the commercial strategy of an exciting Real Estate business with high growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities as Commercial Finance Manager:

  • Act as finance lead for the Commercial division – ensuring accuracy and timely reporting of financial performance
  • Review multiple ongoing projects – having ownership over budgets, forecasts and plans
  • Challenge project teams on margins, variances and relevant commercial risks
  • Own preparation of budgets, forecasts and all financial plans within the projects
  • Use advanced financial modelling and pricing strategies to effectively support the wider teams – with ongoing projects and new bids/proposals
  • Support Commercial teams in managing ongoing accounts, variations to contracts and budgets
  • Ensure accurate financial tracking, reporting and commercial understanding across multiple ongoing projects

Key Responsibilities:
