What you'll be doing:

• Partnering with Sales and Marketing to provide commercial insight and challenge.
• Preparing and presenting budgets, forecasts, and financial models to senior leadership.
• Shaping strategy through analysis of sales performance, marketing ROI, and market trends.
• Using tools like Power BI to improve reporting and unlock better decision‑making.
• Leading continuous improvements across financial planning and business partnering.

What you'll bring:

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Proven track record in finance business partnering roles, ideally commercial-facing.
• Strong financial modelling, FP&A and reporting skills. Power BI experience
• Commercially curious - able to see beyond the numbers and tell the story.
• A confident communicator, able to build relationships across finance and non-finance teams.
