A leading hospitality group in the UK is searching for a Commercial & Sales Manager to generate F&B revenue across its portfolio, including NYX London Holborn and Sabine Rooftop Bar. This role involves leading the reservations team, developing commercial strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. Ideal candidates should have proven experience in sales management within the hospitality industry and be able to multitask and adapt to various inquiries. As a Commercial & Sales Manager, you will work with Operations and Marketing teams to deliver an exciting calendar of events across our portfolio of Leonardo Royal Hotels, including NYX London Holborn and Sabine Rooftop Bar, as well as oversee day-to-day reservations and inquiries.
You will be responsible for professionally dealing with a variety of reactive sales inquiries in order to generate F&B Revenue for the Leonardo Royal Hotels with a prime focus on NYX and Sabine.
You will be able to demonstrate first-class customer service skills and have the ability to adapt and multi-task whilst having a keen eye for detail. Your key responsibility is to ensure that all inquiries are answered and, once contracted, coordinated to ensure that we gain maximum market share from all customers and gain their loyalty.
