You will be part of a team of commercial disputes lawyers with extensive experience across a range of specialisms. The Commercial Disputes Team in Manchester is the biggest commercial disputes practice in the region, "the strongest litigation team in Manchester by some margin" and winner of Litigation Team of the Year at the Manchester Legal Awards.

They can strategically use all facets of alternative conflict resolution, such as mediation, adjudication, and negotiation, in addition to formal procedures, such as court and arbitral proceedings.
