Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities

Job Title: Commercial Disputes Junior Associate / Solicitor (NQ to 2 years PQE)
Location: Leeds City Centre (with Hybrid Working)
Salary: £65,000 to £70,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

  • Work closely with colleagues across the disputes team on a wide variety of contentious matters for major corporates, public sector bodies and high-profile individuals.
  • Gain hands-on experience across litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, with exposure to complex and high-value cases spanning multiple sectors.
  • Develop a strong understanding of clients' commercial drivers and apply this to deliver pragmatic and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with lawyers in other practice groups to provide seamless, cross-disciplinary advice.
  • Build lasting client relationships through high-quality service, responsiveness and a proactive approach.
  • Contribute to the growth of the practice by engaging in business development and networking opportunities.
  • Enhance your technical expertise and broader professional skills through structured training, mentoring and on-the-job learning.
