We are working with a leading business in the Telesales world based in Birmingham who are currently seeking an ambitious Commercial Director to take ownership of functions across Sales, Account Management and Marketing. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity, reporting directly into the CEO, with responsibility for driving sustainable revenue growth in a telesales-led B2B environment. This position is ideal for a strategic but hands-on commercial leader who thrives on building high-performing sales teams, improving customer value and identifying key routes to market with new products.
Role: Commercial Director
Salary: up to GBP 130,000 (depending on experience) per annum + bonuses + benefits
Location: Birmingham
