We are looking for a Commercial Development Manager to lead and coordinate all sales and marketing initiatives for a group of key clients. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth with a strong emphasis on the independent rental segment. You will develop strategies, build relationships, and ensure seamless execution to maximize commercial success.

What You Will Do
  • Follow company policies and maintain clear communication to meet customer needs.
  • Work with internal teams to provide sales and service support for managed account customers.
  • Engage directly with customers to gather information, develop solutions (leveraging our products and services) to solve the client’s challenges.
  • Build relationships with new potential clients, focusing on the independent rental segment.

Top Candidates Will Have
  • Knowledge of the rental industry and its key practices.
  • Previous experience in account management, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £85,000-£100,000 depending on experience
