Location: Stevenage

Our client, a leading defence company, is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager to manage the lifecycle of Domestic Commercial contracts with precision and integrity. Commercial Contracts Manager Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance.
  • Oversee the full Route to Contract, including bid processes and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, including amendments, renewals, and closeouts.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and defence industry standards.
  • Identify potential risks and collaborate across departments to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for contractual matters, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Commercial Contracts Manager experience required:
  • Proven experience in a commercial role within a defence environment.
  • Experience of drafting, negotiating and agreeing contracts and agreements.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts in a dynamic setting.
