Commercial Business Manager — Kress (North or South UK positions available)

Field-based | 💼 Senior commercial role | ⛳ 75% Golf focus

Kress is growing fast in the UK — and golf is at the centre of that growth.

We’re hiring a Commercial Business Manager to own regional performance across either the North or South UK, with a clear focus on golf (75%) and a smaller wider sports turf commercial remit (25%).

What you’ll do
  • Lead regional growth across golf courses and golf-focused dealer partners
  • Drive demos, trials, and adoption of high-performance robotic and commercial equipment
  • Build strong relationships with Course Managers, Heads of Grounds, and senior decision makers
  • Develop dealer partnerships and joint growth plans
  • Own regional targets, forecasting, and pipeline discipline
