Job Details

We are seeking a Commercial and Procurement Solicitor to join one of the largest utilities companies on a permanent basis. The role requires attendance at the office 1-2 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial legal advice to support capital and infrastructure programmes, including net zero initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality legal services related to procurement, commercial, competition, and regulated contracts.
• Support senior solicitors on outsourcing and diverse commercial projects.
• Review and assess supplier contracts and terms of business, providing strategic advice across the business.
