A leading global vehicle leasing company based in Swindon is seeking a Commercial Analyst to support business decisions through data analysis across fleet and sales. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong Excel skills, a curiosity for financial understanding, and the ability to present insights effectively. This role offers a competitive salary up to £45,000 with additional benefits including private medical cover, pension contributions, and generous leave policies, as well as a supportive work culture.

As a Commercial Analyst, you will support the Commercial Finance Manager by providing analysis that informs business decisions across fleet, product, sales targets, and commissions. You will contribute to a variety of projects, from reporting and tender support to implementing new tools such as Power BI and Tableau. This role offers variety and the chance to develop your skills in a supportive environment.
You are naturally inquisitive, commercially aware, and enjoy solving problems. You present data clearly for a range of audiences and are comfortable challenging processes to improve outcomes. We offer a basic starting salary of up to £45,000, plus a bonus of up to £1,900. We also offer 25 days holiday as standard, plus bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday, and the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
