The successful candidate will ensure we’re making data-driven decisions based on robust testing to help grow our partnerships channel, as well as developing and maintaining the business intelligence (BI) and data infrastructure of the team. The Partnerships team plays a key role in driving iwoca’s customer acquisition by delivering cutting‑edge embedded finance solutions to small businesses through our powerful Lending API. Working with a diverse range of partners, from globally recognised names to dynamic micro‑businesses, helps them unlock new growth opportunities. The team is a mix of commercial, technical and analytical experts, all united to maximise value from both new and existing partnerships. This role will collaborate closely with the Head of Partnerships, playing a pivotal part in accelerating the growth of our partnerships channel and taking iwoca’s impact to the next level.
We expect to pay from £40,000 – £50,000 for this role. We’re open‑minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your application. We routinely benchmark salaries against market rates and run quarterly performance and salary reviews.
