Job Description

To assist in day to day commercial and administrational delivery of the region,

Responsibilities
  • Placing orders, filling and using various software platforms to run reports and achieve compliance with our existing procedures.
  • Assist estimating department with pricing and quote administration.
  • Assist commercial department with compiling data required for monthly valuations
  • Contacting sub-contractors to request quotes and ensuring timely manner in responses
  • Able to work as part of a team in a busy environment, have excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Flexible and highly motivated.
  • Ensure that all processes followed are in line with legislation and company policies and are auditable with crucial documents, information and communications confidentially stored
  • Any other duties reasonably assigned.
Qualifications
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Effective administration, planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good understanding for commercial processes
  • Experience with pricing “schedules of rates”
  • A good understanding of plant hire or infrastructure industry preferred but not essential
  • Experience of Business Central software preferred but not essential.
  • Full UK driving License
