Commercial Account Executive - £45,000

Location : Winchester

Contract : Full-Time, Permanent

Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00am – 5 : 00pm

Salary : Competitive, dependent on experience

The Role

We are seeking a capable and customer-focused Commercial Account Executive to join a well-established insurance agency. This role is suited to someone who enjoys managing client relationships, delivering high standards of service, and identifying appropriate opportunities to support business growth.

You will manage a portfolio of clients, handle enquiries and renewals, and introduce relevant insurance and financial services solutions, ensuring all activity is compliant and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer enquiries, policy amendments, and renewals
  • Identify and develop appropriate cross-selling opportunities
  • Introduce insurance and financial services products aligned to client needs
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Ensure all transactions comply with FCA requirements and internal standards
About You
  • Professional, confident, and customer-focused in your approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive, organised, and demonstrates sound commercial judgement
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
