South Park Primary School, Netherton Road, East Kilbride, G75 9DU

Hours

15 hours per week (7.5 Cleaner post and 7.5 Cleaning Supervisor post) on a term time basis

Work Pattern

Monday – Friday 3pm – 4.30pm and 4.30pm – 6pm

Hourly Rate

£13.33 per hour (cleaner rate) and £13.64 – £13.79 per hour (supervisor rate).

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out cleaning functions on floors, furniture, fixtures, fittings, sanitary areas, walls, etc.
  • Monitor cleaning standards in line with specification/COSHH regulation, reporting any issues to management.
  • Set up rooms for lets and act as the responsible person on site for reporting health and safety issues.
  • Supervise a team of Facility Assistants (Cleaning), including assisting with training; recruitment & selection; maximizing attendance; team brief etc.
  • Ensure building security is maintained and act as a key-holder as required.
