Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Arrears Management, or Litigation within the mortgage sector is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in financial difficulty by agreeing on sustainable repayment solutions.
• Contact customers in arrears and set realistic plans to clear them.
• Maintain strong compliance and uphold Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
• Manage loans approaching term end and discuss exit strategies.
• Handle all collections and litigation cases via phone, email, and post.
