THE COMPANY

They are a fast-paced and dynamic company and are seeking a motivated and driven candidate to lead their Collections team. This role offers excellent progression opportunities as well as significant exposure to stakeholders and senior members of the team.

THE ROLE
  • Champion fair outcomes for vulnerable customers through robust forbearance and support frameworks
  • Use data and insight to track performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement
  • Leverage technology, automation, and smarter ways of working to improve efficiency and customer experience
  • Ensure collections processes meet all regulatory and compliance requirements, proactively managing risk
  • Partner with senior leadership to reduce delinquency, minimise losses, and maximise recoveries
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Essential to have a background in consumer lending, leading a collections and recoveries function
  • A background in data and leading data teams to drive insight into
  • Prior line management experience
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with multiple teams
