A financial support company in Manchester is looking for a Collections Agent to join their Payment Support Team. The role involves assisting customers with outstanding payments, providing tailored solutions, and showing empathy towards their circumstances. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of customer support, and the ability to prioritize work effectively. This is a full-time position offering a competitive benefits package.
Monday–Friday 9am–6pm (1 hour lunch) plus one Saturday every 3 weeks from 9am–1pm (37.5 hours per week).

The Payment Support Team (Collections Team) at Oodle Car Finance is on a mission to deliver a great customer experience. In this role you will support our customers who have outstanding payments, helping them to take steps to manage any missed payments. You will have exceptional communication and empathy skills and be able to build relationships with our customers to support them with the right outcome.
