Responsibilities

• Create and serve drinks to high standards, from classics to house specials, while engaging guests with confidence and flair.
• Welcome guests warmly, recommend cocktails, highlight promotions, and set the tone for a relaxed and memorable experience.
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organised; manage stock levels and equipment; and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Handle transactions, process payments, and maintain accuracy and accountability throughout your shift.
• Work closely with the restaurant and events teams to support food service and ensure smooth guest experiences throughout the venue.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cocktail bartender in a hotel, bar, or lifestyle venue
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails and spirits
• Confidence in guest interaction and upselling
• Experience with stock control and bar hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry up to 23kg and be on your feet for long shifts
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Understanding of compliance with local alcohol service laws
