Job summary

A successful multinational manufacturing company in Whitstable seeks a Machine Shop/CNC Team Leader for a permanent position offering £34,000 to £37,000 annually. This role involves overseeing daily operations, meeting production KPIs, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Ideal candidates should possess leadership experience, a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and be able to read CAD drawings. The working pattern includes Monday to Thursday from 8am to 4:30pm and Friday 8am to 1:30pm.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Supervising or leading a team is essential.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily workload and resources to meet production KPIs.
• Work closely with Planning Team to achieve production requirements.
• Manage health and safety reporting and follow-up processes.
