This role involves leading a small machining cell, programming, and operating CNC mills to exact specifications while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator, especially with 3 & 5-axis milling.
• Experience in leading and mentoring machinists.
• Strong knowledge of Heidenhain controls is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical operations within a CNC milling cell.
• Program, set, and operate CNC mills to specifications.
• Produce prototypes and small productions to tight tolerances.
