Job Title: CNC Miller (Setter or Programmer)

Location: Aylesbury

Join an expanding precision engineering team, working on a diverse range of high-spec components using state-of-the-art CNC milling machines.

What they Offer:

• Competitive Pay: Setter: £15–£16 per hour (potentially up to £17 for strong experience); Programmer: £18–£20 per hour
• Machines: 9 CNC Mills (Fanuc, Heidenhain & Siemens controls)
• Variety of 3-, 4- & 5-axis work
• Plenty of overtime available (up to 10 hours weekly) at 1.3x rate

Stable hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–4:30pm
• Friday: 7:30am–1:30pm

Holiday: 23 days + bank holidays

Requirements:

• Strong experience in CNC milling (setting and/or programming)
• Confident working with Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Siemens controls
• Ability to read engineering drawings and inspect own work
• Programming experience (for programmer role) preferred using relevant CAM or control systems
