An established aerospace manufacturing business is looking to strengthen its machine shop team with an experienced CNC Machinist / Machine Shop Operative.

This is a hands‑on role within a precision engineering environment, suited to someone who enjoys variety, accuracy and working to exacting standards.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Machining aerospace components using CNC turning, CNC milling and manual machinery najlepszy
  • Working from engineering drawings, job cards and machining instructions.
  • Carrying out inspection checks, including first‑offs and in‑process checks.
  • Accurately recording work completed via shop‑floor systems.
  • Supporting the smooth flow of parts through the machine shop.
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, safety and quality.
What you’ll need to be successful :
  • Background in machining or manufacturing (aerospace experience is highly advantageous).
  • Experience with CNC machines (turning and / or milling).
  • Confident reading technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, production‑led environment.
  • A good level of physical fitness.
  • Reliable, proactive and team‑focused.
