Qualifications

• Recognised engineering apprenticeship or significant experience as a Turner or Miller.
• Proficient in using Fanuc controls desirable across machines such as vertical borers, lathes, mill turns, and 5-axis lathes.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the business.
• Knowledge of SPC and lean manufacturing practices.
• Good PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, high-quality components from customer drawings to required cycle times.
• Maintain efficient, cost-effective production standards.
• Identify and implement improvements to production and manufacturing methods.
• Communicate effectively across departments.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
