Overview
Cluster Sales Manager, Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin, Birmingham. Permanent, full-time, competitive salary. Reporting into the General Managers and the National Sales Director, you will drive the Hotels Sales and Marketing plan and ensure both brands are represented while actively seeking new opportunities and cross-selling across Malmaison and Hotel du Vin properties.
Responsibilities
- Lead, support and develop the cluster sales executive to ensure optimal performance and achievement of business objectives.
- Manage and lead the inquiry process, ensuring training and communication within the department and across the two hotels is implemented with maximum efficiency.
- Develop strong relationships with guests within the hotels.
- Be a self-starter, organised, and able to prioritise actions while managing tasks through to completion.
- Maintain excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form and present confidently to senior decision makers in other businesses.
- Demonstrate experience in a similar role or a working knowledge of the hotel industry.
