Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Microsoft Cloud support, delivery, and administration.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft 365 and Azure administration.

  • Ability to take ownership of projects/issues and see them through to resolution.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential for on-site work).

  • Delivering Microsoft Cloud solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365, associated products).
  • Providing advanced diagnostics and support for complex technical issues.
  • Supporting and guiding the 1st line team on escalations.
  • Liaising directly with customers on-site and remotely to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Completing system checks in line with remote system support policies.
  • Assisting with evaluation of new technologies and beta releases.
  • Offering software application support to customers after training.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Microsoft Cloud professional to step into a client-facing, second-line technical role with real career progression.

What you'll be doing
  • Delivering Microsoft Cloud solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365, associated products)
  • Providing advanced diagnostics and support for complex technical issues
