Iconology Ltd is offering a Cloud Support Apprentice position in Kent, providing hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, cloud services, and IT support. The role includes learning from experienced engineers, delivering services to clients, and completing a Level 3 Cloud Support Specialist Apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to clients via phone, email, and remote support tools
• Assist with the administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 and cloud-based services
• Support cloud and networking infrastructure under the guidance of senior engineers
• Help troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user access issues
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining client systems to ensure reliability and performance
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support records
• Support system upgrades, software deployments, and new user setups
• Learn and apply IT security best practices across client environments
• Work closely with the wider technical team on a variety of cloud and infrastructure projects
