Job summary

QA in Bristol is offering an IT apprenticeship within the IT Services team based in our Bristol office. You will gain a formal Microsoft Azure Cloud Support Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship and paid on-the-job training.

The apprentice will develop practical capability across deskside support, endpoint troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 support, mobile device support, printing/scanning, video conferencing / AV support, user access issues, incident resolution and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) with Maths and English.
• Desire to learn and grow in IT with a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 IT support across deskside, endpoint and user access.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 support, device management and AV/VC tasks.
• Support hardware refreshes, office changes, deployments and migrations.
• Contribute to knowledge management and incident resolution.
