Job summary

QA is seeking an IT Support Apprentice to join our Technology Support Team in Sevenoaks. You will provide service desk support, assist with Windows/Microsoft 365, and help users adopt new tools and AI-powered workflows.

You’ll learn through hands-on tasks, collaborative projects and structured training, with hybrid office-based work and a 37-hour week. This apprenticeship offers a solid start into IT infrastructure and business continuity.

Qualifications

3 GCSEs 4+ (A-C) in any subject
GCSE Maths and English 3+ (D or above)
Prospective apprentices must not hold a similar higher-level qualification

Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve service desk incidents and requests within SLAs
Monitor, maintain and administer secure on-premise and cloud infrastructure
Support users with IT systems including Microsoft 365 and AI tools
Assist with IT projects, testing, documentation and user guidance
Maintain accurate hardware, software and infrastructure records
Support data management and information availability
Set up and support IT hardware and devices (laptops, AV equipment, phones, Android devices)
