QA Apprenticeships in Sevenoaks, Kent, is offering a Technology Support apprenticeship. You will deliver Service Desk support, assist with on‑premise and cloud infrastructure, and help users maximise IT tools including Microsoft 365 and AI features.

Entry requires GCSEs, with Maths and English at grade 3 or above. Hybrid working with 37 hours per week and an emphasis on developing technical skills in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to and resolving service desk incidents, requests and queries.
• Support monitoring, maintenance and administration of on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
• Assist users to make effective use of IT systems, including Microsoft 365 and Generative AI.
• Support IT projects and change activities with technical and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records for asset management and configuration management.
• Support data management and information security across IT systems.
• Assist with setup of IT hardware and devices.
