True Compliance, a cloud-based building-compliance platform, is seeking a Level 3 Cloud Support Specialist Apprentice in London. You will be the first point of contact for customer support, manage tickets, gather details and guide users through the platform.

The apprenticeship runs for about 18 months, at 30 hours per week, with a salary of £8.00 per hour and a pay increase after one year for 19+ year olds.

Competenze

• Level 3 Cloud Support Specialist Apprenticeship standard qualification.
• GCSE English and Maths (4-9) desirable; good IT skills including Microsoft Office/Excel.

Mansioni

• Act as first point of contact for customer support via ticketing system and live chat.
• Manage incoming support tickets, log correctly and assign response times.
